First Season Death and Injury Warranty
All Bulls are semen checked, Please see below for our Bull Guarantee,
all Bred Heifers and Cows are vet checked and safe, Open Cows and Heifers
are breedable( our culls go to the sale barn as such). Show Steers are
vet verified, and halter broke. Commercial Calf lots are divided by size,
gender and color. ALL animals are current on shots and worming (records
of shots given, lot #, date, and injection sites available). If you are
looking for something specific, give us a call or drop us an e-mail HERE.
We will let you know if we have something that is just not listed yet.
We have many calves on the ground at all times, so let us know what you
are looking for. You can buy right off of the ranch and get good quality
calves.
We can source verify these calves and also have a farm ID number.
We can also take more pictures and send any more information you might
need or want.Remember if you purchase 2 or more breeding animals we do
give a price discount.

We take 100% responsibility on every bull purchased from our sale until the bull is delivered to your ranch. If there is any problem with the bull upon delivery or at our place please contact us and we will make sure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
A.L.E. Ranch has offered to share this cost with their customers. This new program will allow us to keep our customers satisfied and allow both parties to be satisfied with everyone sharing in the cost.
The coverage of this warranty is for the first breeding season or for the first 90 days after the bull is turned out, unless other arrangements are made. This warranty is good for death and all loss-of-use injuries. The warranty is void if this is caused by negligence or mistreatment of the bull. Replacement value will be the actual purchase cost of the A.L.E. Ranch bull(s) covered minus any salvage value or other compensation received by the customer.
All claims must be reported to A.L.E. Ranch within 24 hours of discovery and must be examined by a licensed veterinarian.
If the injury is not permanent and can be returned to service, A.L.E. Ranch will work with you to supply a replacement bull to use, at no cost, until the original bull can be returned to service. If the injury is permanent, A.L.E. Ranch will supply a bull to finish out the season. At the end of the breeding season the customer can choose to keep the replacement bull as fulfillment of this warranty or return him to A.L.E. Ranch and receive credit on next year’s sale. The credit will equal the purchase price of the bull minus any salvage value from the original bull.
When a A.L.E. Ranch bull dies between the dates outlined above A.L.E. Ranch will supply another bull to finish out the breeding season. At the end of the breeding season, the customer can either keep the replacement bull as fulfillment of this warranty or receive credit on next year’s sale. The credit will equal the purchase price of the bull minus any compensation received by an insurance company ( Such as Grassroots Ins. and Genetics).
Cost for the death and injury warranty will be 5% of purchase price, due at time of purchase. We feel that this is a reasonable cost where we can all share in the cost of a loss in a bull during the first breeding season. If a customer chooses not to cover their animal against death or injury, they assume all risk associated with the bull once it leaves our place.
