This is Big Dee, she is a Percheron Paint cross,her age is unknown but she seems to be around 10 years old. She came to us a very skinny and malnutritioned. As you can see she is in VERY good shape now! She is not able to be touched, she will come right up to you and stand but the touching thing she does not know about! She will eat grain out of your hand and does not RUN off if you go to touch her, she simply moves just out of reach. She has always been a broodmare and she seems to like being the pet she is now, and with work would be a good mare for someone. She is very smart, and learns fast, I simply have not had the time to work with her, and she needs someone who can take the time to make her a good companion.

Jan 2011 I acquired a few more horses from a neighbor who is moving across the country and can not take her horses with her. I am seeing if I can find them good homes. Most are rescues of one sort or another. but not all of them.

The Dapple grey is Thelma and she is SOLD, the light grey is Louise,they are draft crosses and we believe they were PMU mares ( At least Louise ) we also think there is a strong chance that Louise is Thelma's dam. As for age it is hard to really tell as they are much like Big Dee, and do not wish to really be handled. You can get a few pets in on each of them tho and Louise likes to be hosed down when it is really hot.... so she may just be a hard to catch type of girl:o)They are both believed to be Draft crosses, Thelma seems to show that more than Louise.

This smutty buckskin is Zelda,( her foal Jake is shown below her). She also is a Percheron QH cross Born May 1995. She is a very good mother and calm around people but also is not used to human interaction, she has( as have the others) come a LONG way from when they first arrived! She was fine with anyone messing with her baby, and that in of its self speaks volumes!

This is Little Jake! Born 28 May 2010, Draft Cross, Red Roan. His momma is Zelda, shown above, and his Daddy is Big Jake a Draft Cross, Blue Roan stallion( Pictured below, I do NOT own this stallion). Lil' Jake is a sweetheart! He loves attention and is very easily handled, he is halter broke after one or two times having had the halter on him and led around. SUCH an easygoing personality and will do anything for attention! :O)

This is Bobby, and he is out of a registered Arabian mare named Ella and "Skipper" our APHA Stallion. He is a supurb Buckskin Overo who is super friendly, gentle, and easy to handle. He can be registered with the Pinto Arabian registry. He has not been gelded yet.

This is Chief Merri Feather, He is a stunning Percheron /Paint/ Shire cross with 3 socks. He is gonna be big and is already a sweetheart and has just been weaned ( Jan 2011) not gelded yet.(His father is the Paint Pictured last,I do NOT own this stallion)
